Your customers are already searching for you.

I build websites for barbers, gyms, cleaners and trades, so the people searching find your prices, your photos and a button to book. Live in about a week, from $300.

Based in the Bay Area, working with businesses anywhere in the US. You deal with me, not an agency.

That's a real website. Scroll it, tap the buttons.

Three sample sites, three different businesses.

Each one is built around the one thing that business needs most from its website. Open them on your phone; that's where your customers will see yours.

  • An open or closed sign that updates itself from the shop's hours
  • Book a cut with a favourite barber in three taps
  • Every price on one screen, so nobody has to call and ask

These three businesses are made up so you can see the range. Yours would use your name, your prices and your photos.

And one I shipped for real.

CombatLab is my own Boxing and Muay Thai app. Its website lets visitors hear a real training round before the app is even out.

● Live CombatLab landing page: a big headline next to a live round clock that calls the combo 1-2-3

CombatLab

Website and iPhone/Android app

  • A hero you can press play on. A live round clock with the app's real coach voice and bells.
  • Pricing that reads on a phone. The plan table turns into stacked cards, so nobody swipes sideways.
  • The app behind it. 14 screens, 800+ recorded voice clips and automated tests.
  • No hosting bill. Live on free hosting since launch.

Three packages. Fixed prices.

The same care as the samples above, at a price you know before anything starts. Half to begin, half when it goes live.

Already have a website?

  1. Same packages, same prices.I rebuild it on the new design and bring over your text, photos and prices.
  2. Your old site stays up.You review the new one on a private link while the old one keeps working.
  3. Switch when you approve.Same domain, no downtime, and people with your old link land on the new site.

How it works

  1. Tell me about your business

By email. What you do, what you charge, and what customers ask you most.

  2. I design and build it

After the deposit you get a link to a first version within days, then rounds of changes until it's right.

  3. You go live

I put it online, connect your domain and hand everything over. It's yours.

Questions owners ask

Do I need to buy a domain name?

No. Your site can go live on a free address. A name of your own, like thirdchairbarbers.com, costs about $12 a year from any domain seller, and I'll connect it for you.

I already have a website.

Same packages and prices. I rebuild it on the new design, your old site stays up while you review the new one on a private link, and we switch over on your domain once you approve it.

Which package do I need?

If people mostly need to see what you do and how to reach you, Starter. If you want them to book or request a quote from the site, Growth. If you need payments or software connected, Custom. Not sure? Ask, and I'll tell you honestly, including when the cheaper one is enough.

What counts as a round of changes?

You send me one list of everything you want different (words, photos, colours, order) and I make all of it. Starter includes two rounds, Growth three. Fixing a mistake of mine never counts as a round.

Are there monthly fees?

None required. The hosting I set up is free and your domain is about $12 a year. If you'd rather text me changes than make them yourself, there's an optional $50/mo care plan.

Who writes the words?

I do, from what you tell me about your business. You read it, and anything that doesn't sound like you gets changed.

I don't have good photos.

Phone photos of your work are usually enough, and I'll pick the best. Where there are gaps, I use licensed stock photos that fit.

Can I change things later?

Yes. Rounds of changes are included before launch. After that, the care plan covers changes, or I quote small changes before I start.

How long does it take?

Starter is live in about a week and Growth in about two, depending on how fast we go back and forth. Custom gets a timeline with its quote.
